Less bloating and gassy. My skin has been brighter. I originally thought I would be on the toilet a lot but that hasn’t been the case at all. In the beginning I was a bit constipated but after 5 days I was having better and regular bowl movements. I haven’t been truly hungry and I’ve noticed my cravings for bread and other salty snacks have decreased. I don’t naturally have a sweet tooth but cheese, crackers, bread, chips/salsa are my weak points but that’s been all good. When I have need for a crunch, instead of cheese/crackers I would eat veggies.
